Our name says everything about who we are, and what we do.
Innovations Catering is not just a title. It’s our food philosophy in two words. It’s our guarantee to you that we’re not your average, run-of-the mill catering company. When it needs to be exceptional, when you need to impress, when it needs to run seamlessly and when you need the X-factor with every mouthful, our name is the only one to remember.
Creating unique and quality catering solutions actually begins by paying attention to the basics. Sourcing the freshest local produce. Supporting West Australian suppliers. Promoting healthy food choices. Once we’ve done that, the magic happens! We apply our experience, expertise and creativity to make every event a standout one.
It starts at the top. Executive Chef and Company Director, Bob Rawlins, leads the dedicated and skilled Innovations team. Throughout his 40+ year career, Bob has worked in prestigious venues around the world. The Ritz in London. Quay in Sydney. Alinea in Chicago. He also created outstanding food in settings as diverse as Inverlochy Castle in Scotland, on board the QE2, and at the Sheraton Mirage Resort in Port Douglas before acquiring Innovations Catering in 2004.
Our quality was recognised by The Catering Institute of Australia when we were runner-up for the External Venue Caterer Gold Plate Award. The Gold Plate Awards provides professional recognition for quality and enables the Catering Institute of Australia to encourage and reward excellence. An independent panel of unidentified judges assessed each function with 150 points over ten categories. While we don’t know the judges, we do know that they liked what we did. We’re sure you will too. Simply review our catering testimonials which prove we’re great at what we do again and again.
We like to think we’re just as good for our community as we are for our clients. Innovations Catering is a philanthropic company. We’ve supported many charitable groups and events since 2005, including the Long Table Lunch for Breast Cancer Care since 2010, Make a Wish Foundation, Ernst and Young’s Charity Golf Day and the Random Acts of Kindness television program.
Whether we do it for business, for pleasure, or for charity, we do it with flair, originality and ideas that are as fresh as our ingredients. To do otherwise would go against everything we, and our name, stands for.
